"Hope for Emily" Football Tournament

6 March 2015 13:24 PM

21 football teams will be pounding Horsham Holbrook Club`s brand new floodlit 3G artificial grass pitches this Sunday, all in aid of raising funds in the hope that one day a little girl can walk.

Emily Milner was born prematurely three years ago and has cerebral palsy in all four limbs. She suffers from other health issues, but the eventual goal is that the Hope for Emily charity will raise enough money for her to undergo a complex operation in America which will give her the chance to walk.

The matches kick off at 10.00am with five under 7 teams and four under 8 teams, with the 12 adult teams beginning their contest at 12.00pm. They are all competing for the Holbrook Trophy donated by Horsham company Durrant Removals and Storage.

Entry to the tournament free. Food and drink available.

Proceeds to Hope for Emily charity.
