Time is ticking away to apply for primary school places for September 2017, West Sussex County Council has warned parents. They have until Sunday the 15th of January to apply for a school place, otherwise they risk their child not being accepted into their preferred or even local school.
Parents can start the process by clicking here. Applying online saves time and prompts an instant email acknowledgement that the application has been submitted. Parents and guardians can access the internet for two hours free of charge at libraries and Children and Family Centres if they don’t have the facility to apply at home.
Parents whose children are due to move to junior school (into Year 3) should also apply by 23.59pm on Sunday the 15th January.
