Parking in Horsham car parks on Sundays and Bank Holidays will cost £1.50 per day from the 1st of April, Horsham Council has announced.
The council`s research shows that Sundays are the second busiest trading days in the town.
Commenting on the introduction of the charges, Cllr Ray Dawe, leader of the council said: In an era of major pressure on council budgets, it will help the council's financial position and also allow more Sunday supervision in these car parks.
