Take Horsham`s Big Nibble Beer Trail on Saturday and you can down over a litre of beer for your £1 entry fee. The two sampler glasses you get for your money may look small but at 4.5 cl capacity each and with 11 participating pubs that`s 1.1 litres of real ales if you don`t wander off the trail. And at the end you could win a slap-up meal for two and a bottle of house wine at sponsors Black Jug in North Street.
Other pubs signed up for the day are Bills, Crompton’s at The Olive Branch, Hepworth & Company Brewers Ltd, The Anchor Hotel, The Beer Essentials, The Black Jug, The Crown, The Lynd Cross, The Malt Shovel, Piries Bar and Ye Old Stout House.
You can get your mini tankards and programme at the Carfax Control Point from 11.00am and head straight for Hepworth`s beer stall nearby. Don`t forget to get your programme signed to enter the final competition. The trail ends at 4.00pm and you get to keep your glasses.
