Comments on its just-published draft equality and diversity scheme are being sought by Horsham Council. The scheme sets out how the Council plans to comply with its obligations under the 2010 Equality Act and the 1998 Human Rights Act and covers the period 2013 to 2015.
The deadline for comments is the 30 September, after which the Council will consider the scheme in the light of them. It will ratify the scheme in late 2013. Click here to view the draft.
