Events for the over 50s at Age UK Horsham District, Lavinia House, Dukes Square, Horsham RH12 1GZ (01403 260560):
• 10.00am – 12.00pm Chatty Cafe (chatty table in the cafe)
• 10.30am – 11.00am Seated Chair exercise with Kim (studio)
• 11.00am – 12.00pm Card Games with Lyn (activity room)
• 11.15am – 11.45am Seated Chair exercise with Kim (studio)
• 11.45am – 12.45am The Karate Man (studio)
All classes are £5 each or £6 with for tea and cake afterwards. Chats are free and included in every activity.
