Vintage Car Show

Sunday 05 April 2020
Cancelled...
The annual Vintage Car Show showcases cars from the earliest days of motoring through to 1956. First arranged in 1985, it has become a popular curtain-raiser to the annual programme of special events at Amberley.
Now annually attracting over one hundred and fifty early cars all arriving under their own power, the show illustrates the pioneer days of motoring, showcasing the growth of personal and luxury cars during the nineteen twenties and thirties and the post-war, pre motorways era, of motoring. Everything from the smallest of early Austin Sevens through to exotic sports cars, Rolls Royces and the first Morris Minors.
The cars will be on display throughout the day from 10am to 4.00pm when they will depart en-masse for their journeys home, at Amberley Museum & Heritage Centre, Station Road, Amberley, BN18 9LT (01798 831 370). The resident steam trains will be running round the site too.
The Museum is open from 10am until 4.30pm, last entry 3.00pm
