• Findon Valley, Buddington Bottom & Chanctonbury Ring
Meet 10.00am at Washington South Downs Way car park (TQ120119, RH20 4AX). Drive south on the A24 from Washington roundabout and take the first left into Washington Bostal. Take the rough track on the right to the car park. A 5.5 mile, 2½ hour walk. After a steep climb, we explore downland from Washington taking in Findon Valley, Buddington Bottom, Chanctonbury Ring, and the South Downs Way. Great views.
