Peter Rudeforth Dixieland Band

Peter Rudeforth joined the Chris Barber Band in 2008 and has been their main trumpeter ever since. A child prodigy, at the age of 16 he was in demand as a soloist, broadcasting live on radio and television and made a commercial recording of a Vivaldi Concerto.
He is a member of many bands and orchestras including the Piccadilly Dance Orchestra, and the Palm Court Theatre Orchestra. He has also worked with Kenny Ball and his Jazzmen, Acker Bilk, George Melly, the Temperance Seven and the Pasadena Rood Orchestra.
Joining Simon and Peter will be Bunny Thompson on piano, Roger Curphey on bass and John Elmer on drums.
