Horsham Festival of Bells 250

On 11th April 1766, the first peal in Sussex by an all-Sussex band was rung at St Mary's Horsham. The Sussex County Association of Change Ringers invites ringers and non-ringers to celebrate the 250th anniversary of this historic event.

• St Mary's Horsham

Public demonstration ringing 11.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 4.00pm
Open ringing 4.30pm to 5.30pm and 6.15pm to 6.45 pm Church service 5.30pm to 6.15pm

• Carfax and around the town centre

Tune and change ringing in hand and bellplate tune ringing 11.00am to 4.00pm
Bell Meadow mini-ring 10.00am to 4.00pm
Beer tent 10.00am to 5.00pm
Rope-making demonstrations 11.00am to 4.00pm

• The Barn, Causeway
