Heavy Horses

The Heavy Horses from the Working Horse Trust will be harrowing the wildflower meadow. Harrowing is an important part of the management of the meadow.

Walk through the garden and see the beautiful woodland gentians in flower, High Beeches is the only garden in the country where these plants are naturalised.

Plants for sale from Rapkyns Nursery and the Heywood Tyler Hot Air Engine will be running.

11.00am - 4.30pm at High Beeches Woodland and Water Garden, High Beeches Lane, Handcross RH17 6HQ.

Admission £7.50, children under 14 free.
